From 2006 to 2009 photographer Jan Kempenaers travelled around Yugoslavia photographing these giant cement structures that look like monuments erected in sites where aliens have landed. You know you’ve made it when someone asks you to do an interview with yourself. Karl Largerfeld has officially arrived. Grilling himself about everything from life to fashion, it’s an interesting insight into how the godfather of couture sees himself. A must see for fashion fans.

We’ve caught wind of a hotel party happening next week that might interest you. The music streaming service Rdio is booking out the entire Beach Road Hotel in Bondi and filling it with bands and DJs such as Das Racist, Canyons, Austra, Alpine and more. It’s gonna be pretty crazy. Best of all, you can win double passes right here. Not in Sydney? We’ll you’re taken care of too. THey’re also giving away flights for one lucky winner and three mates, plus accommodation at the event. Click the image to enter.

Being in a band is great and all but with so many acts around these days it can be hard to get people to notice you. That’s where street teams come into play; groups of devoted fans who donate their time and energy to getting your music listened to. Usually it’s done by posters and fliers, but in this cool video from indie band Real Estate, they take it a little bit further. Good song too.
