Christmas FAQ

Gift giving over the holiday season can be difficult but we're making it easier for our customers by extending our returns period! Any purchases from the 1st of December, 2018 (in-store or online) will be eligible for a refund or exchange until the 15th of January, 2018. The product must still be unworn, in original condition and in the box - proof of purchase is required so please be sure to keep your receipt/invoice. For all returns information, please click here.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to amend any details on your order during the holiday period. Please be sure to take extra care and review your entered details when completing the checkout process.
Due to the busy holiday period, delays in processing and delivery are to be expected. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be notified with an email containing your tracking details.
