This is pretty cool. Nike, Jordan Brand and Converse have teamed up with FIBA to put on the first ever World Basketball Festival. Bringing together national teams from France, China, Brazil, Puerto Rico and the USA, the festival celebrates the sport in a unique way, taking place not in a stadium but the famed Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Featuring clinics, demos, a mini tournament and more, the party kicked off with a performance by Hip Hop mogul and part owner of the New Jersey Nets, Jay Z. So you know it’s big. Check it out.
